POEM FOR MEADOW, MEADOW, MEADOW (2015)

This poem is written for a triptych stage work meadow, meadow, meadow (Zodiak- Center for New Dance 2015) as the I part of it. It is sang live by 10 performers as instant choreographical cantata for 40 minutes during which the poem is gradually gone through.

i love my pony
my pony loves my daddy
my daddy wants my mommy
to love my body

honolulu girls
hulahula boys
will have your eyes
your eyes will have death
death will have beach house
beach house will have skin
skin will have cocktail
cocktail will have bees
bees will have ambulance
ambulance will have moon

my body laughs with venus
who paints my genus
my genus takes my breath away
my breath away inherits the wind
